Confidence isn’t something you have every moment of every day and it doesn’t need to be. It’s a skill you grow, strengthen, and return to, even when self-doubt shows up.
Through coaching, you’ll build a kinder inner voice that helps you face doubt with compassion, understand what you’re feeling, and respond with intention, rather than being controlled by it.. Confidence becomes something you can access, not something you wait for.
You might feel confident in some areas of life and not in others. Together, we’ll uncover what’s holding you back in the areas that matter most and give you the tools to move forward with clarity and independence.
Confidence is powerful. It’s the freedom to be comfortable in who you are, to set boundaries with ease, and to trust yourself to make choices that feel right. It’s knowing you are in control of what you allow into your life and that you get to choose your thoughts, your direction, and the life you want to live.

The Coaching Process
Your journey begins with a free 15-minute discovery call. This is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where you can ask questions, share what you’re looking for, and decide whether I’m the right coach for you. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll move into a 30-minute intake session. This is where we get to know each other, set clear boundaries for our work together, and explore where you are now, where you want to be, and any bigger aspirations that may need breaking into achievable goals. At this stage, you can decide whether individual sessions or a coaching package feels right for you. From there, we begin 60-minute coaching sessions, where we focus on building confidence, freedom, and empowerment, at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable. Sessions are flexible and can take place online, over the phone, in my workspace, or outdoors—whether that’s a walk in the New Forest or along Bournemouth beach. You choose the space that feels right for you.

Pricing
Your coaching journey begins with understanding what feels right for you. After your intake session, you’ll have the clarity to decide whether individual sessions or a full package of six will best support your growth and goals.
- Free Discovery Call – 15 minutes to ask questions, explore your needs, and see if we’re a good fit.
- Free Intake Session – 30 minutes to get to know each other, set intentions, and map out where you are now and where you want to go.
- Individual Coaching Session – £30 per hour, perfect for focused, one-off support.
- Package of Six Sessions – £160 (6 x 1 hour), ideal for deeper transformation and sustained growth.
